It seems that the Thrumpton cap that escaped Burnsy's house has been staying low for the past month.
On his escapades he has been to Argentina and finished on the head of a top class Umpire, moved on to the Cayman Islands where he got into a bit of scandal with an Iguana and then moved on to Philadelphia where the police gave him a lift to meet his hero. After staying low he has now popped up at Niagara Falls. His latest message reads
Well hello again fellow badgers and apologies for being out of circulation for a while. I had a visit from the authorities in Philly while I was there and it seemed they had been tipped off by the Inland Revenue........the taxman of all people!!!!
Anyway after that I thought I'd best lay low for a while and then head for Canada and see if I could get across the border. I'm pleased to say I made it in the end and my latest snapshot shows me with Niagara Falls in the background...........one of the wonders of the world..........great sight.
No hassle at the border and I have secured a flight to get out of North America for a while and try and throw the taxman off my trail...............
